Note: When I first tried to figure this song out, I was utterly stumped.
Then, I was told from this lady, Tammy at tamstar@aol.com, that Marc
told her that he used a DADADE tuning with a capo on the 4th fret.
Now, I don't know the names of these chords under this different tuning
(open D tuning?) along with it capoed at the 4th fret so I will have
to resort to numbers (doh!).  I don't have an acoustic so I figured
it out on my electric.  It sounds pretty consistent with the CD, though.
So, here is what I came up with...

I apologize for the numbers but I don't have a clue what those chord
names are.  I emailed some guitar wizzes and went to a music store
and asked and they didn't know either.  If anyone knows, please
email me and I can correct the tab to reflect the correct chord names.
