Dictionary
Well we just got back from a weekend in NY. Pretty challenging to travel with a 3 month old, but thanks to my sister-in-law, Laura, we could leave our 5 year old at home. The added challenge of having Gideon with us would have made the subway trip into the city quite unbearable I'm sure… We certainly enjoyed every minute with little Boaz though! Here's a couple more of the great photos Maria took!
I just had to send a word out to those few of you who might have checked in only to see that I'd been too busy living life to write about it. I hope to get back in the rhythm of taking 30 minutes or so out of each day to provide this opportunity for you to elevate my lowest form of communication a little higher and continue to build or sustain meaningful relationships.
Here's a little disclaimer as I've received some feedback on my continual emphasis on elevating the level of communication (some good, this addresses the not so good):
I know I can get annoying with my acronyms and alliterations at times, but I do so hoping these ideas stick in your mind so you'd also enjoy the benefits that I've been enjoying since this started. My methods may not be suited for everyone, and I realize this, so make it your own and don't feel like I'm trying to change you. I hope my words are encouraging and not antagonistic, but either way, I love hearing from you.
