DictionaryHey everyone! Last night at a quarter to the eleventh hour, Boaz took his first breath and raised his hands:
A few minutes later, he calmed down and showed his personality:
And a few hours ago this morning he soiled his 4th diaper with this look on his face:
The family resemblance is pretty clear, don't you think?
Both mom and baby are napping now, earlier Boaz was sneezing and making all kinds of funny noises.
At birth he weighed in at 7 lb, 10 oz and measured 20″. We each got a few hours of sleep last night (finally), though I'm pretty sure I slept more than Maria- she said I was snoring.
We should be able to take little Bo home tomorrow, and we also shipped off his cord blood last night for long term storing so it can be used by any family member that might be a match just in case they need to be healed by our little kinsman redeemer! (Ruth 4:3-12)
