Over the next two weeks, since I'm going to be busy studying and probably won't have time to blog – I'm going to be pulling posts I wrote for The Big 3 Zone about a year ago and post them here. This image is pulled from that blog – which is linked right over there –>
I'll do my best to update them with links and maybe a few new insights I've gained over the past year, but many of the themes still come back up and I think re-visiting them will help seal them into my mind and perhaps the minds of those who have read them before. I could just post links to them, but I would rather have them here on the “Elevation Opportunity – blog" to provide even more opportunities for some “elevation" to take place. My brother says he rarely clicks on links – and I still haven't written on the “Importance of clicking on links" as a continuation of my “Importance Week" so re-posting seems to be the best course of action for now!
I really believe that we need to be able to articulate our faith extremely well and concisely enough to benefit the hearers and keep their attention. Doing that with gentleness and respect may not be easy, but unless we study before hand, our defense (apologetics) for our faith will seem like a counter-attack, and not really get where we want to be… We have the promise that God's word will accomplish the work where He sends it, and we are His messengers that are sent, just like Isaiah. Therefore, I write these things to provide a starting point for discussion at work, or at play, and I hope many find these ideas useful.
