As Posted on Facebook prior to and during last Thanksgiving (2010):

As PI am exceedingly grateful for blessings I've received, above and beyond anything I could ever ask for or imagine. Tomorrow, every hour, on the hour I plan to be get specific, so stay tuned. – November 24, 2010 at 10:39pm via iPhone
So Here's the first ones, at 0400… ‘ish… and yeah, I had to come up with a scriptural basis for each…
1) Freedom, and the United States of America in general. Or as one of my friends says: “The United States of Freedom" (http://bible.cc/galatians/5-1.htm)
2) The Bible – God's perfect Word – it's power – it's message, and when it became flesh in Jesus (http://bible.cc/john/1-1.htm) –
November 25, 2010 at 4:17am
3) Life lessons – for who you are is defined by the sum totatily of your life experiences – everything I know has been learned, and much of that through life – both good and bad times… http://bible.cc/psalms/90-12.htm November 25, 2010 at 4:17am
4) Marines ( http://bible.cc/romans/13-4.htm– and what better thing to be grateful for at 0400 than the Marine Corps, and something the current president gets credit for saying: “Freedom is not free. But The United States Marine Corps will pay most of your share."- Ned Dolan Capt., USMC November 25, 2010 at 4:19am
At 05, here's the 5th thing I'm thankful for:
5) The Great Commission: The chance to take part in a ministry to others, including fellowship and making disciples…(http://bible.cc/matthew/28-19.htm)

Matt Stokes Adam, Thanks for including me in your list. I am honored. Thank you, as well, for your devotion to God & this Country. Blessings to you, bro. – Pastor Matt -November 26, 2010 at 1:07am ·Adam Johns Pastor Matt, I'm glad I got your attention, and thanks for the reply. I hope that you are encouraged to know that I consider you a mentor even though we've only met twice. Through your preaching you've not only blessed me, but even more, I'm blessed by the impact you've had on a few very important people in my life who've listened to you. – SDG – Here's hoping that our next trip up to NJ is over a Sunday morning or Thursday night!November 26, 2010 at 6:52am ·
Paul Hyder Adam, thanks for including me in your list of influences. You too keep me sharp and inspire me. There is nothing more powerful than a godly Marine who places himself in the hands of the Master Warrior. Stay faithful, available and teachable Brother. 24) My eternal destination secured as I relate to Job (http://bible.cc/job/19-26.htm), and the TRUE FREEDOM I enjoy in the meantime on earth.
