Highland Park Baptist Church is a HISTORIC church that no longer exists under that name. Under Dr. Lee Roberson's 40-year pastorate, it was a center of the Independent Baptist movement and an early megachurch. In 2013, the church renamed to 'Church of the Highlands,' sold the downtown campus, and moved to Harrison, TN (Camp Joy). The original building burned. Now led by Pastor Scott McCurdy (since 2018).
