Per Adam's recall he visited "a Lutheran church" in Jacksonville but does not remember which denomination; per Adam's direction "just do all of them there; it was probably one of the bigger ones." LCOS is the larger / more visible Jacksonville-NC Lutheran (on Lejeune Blvd corridor with preschool and multi-service schedule) so visited flag set here. The other Jacksonville NC Lutheran (Calvary LCMS at 206 Pine Valley Rd) is added separately without the visited flag per direction.
